We had some appetizers to start off - we had a smoked salmon treat which had coleslaw in the middle, wrapped with smoked salmon and topped off with fish eggs and a yam tart with curried minced chicken on top.
Then we had some dishes to share - I think these are scallops but I can't really remember now. It was cooked in an eggy sauce with brocolli.
After that we had spring chicken. Spring chicken kinda freaks me out a bit. Do we kill a really small chicken or is the chicken just naturally small? Or, is it really a chicken?
We also had fan favourites - salted egg yolk prawns and steam fish. The fish was huge and tasty and the meat was sublime... mmm... Just the way I like it... steamed with soya sauce and ginger.
We finished it off with herbal soup that had yam and we dumped in the vegetables... Frankie even made some prawn dumplings for us to cook in the soup too! Extremely fresh and yummy!! Good place to go for dinner!!
